AgroMatchFarm is a digital platform designed to provide matchmaking services to the agricultural sector, connecting farmers with contractors across Australia and Argentina.

The platform has been professionally developed to meet industry standards and technical requirements. AgroMatch operates exclusively as a digital matchmaking intermediary. We do not provide agricultural services, own machinery, employ contractors, or act as a party to any agreement between users.

Payments within the platform are processed via PayPal. By using this service, you agree to the following:

• Final Pricing: In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL), all prices displayed are "All-inclusive," incorporating the 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable.
• Payment Responsibility: The user is responsible for providing valid and authorized payment information.
• Disputes: Any claims related to financial transactions will be managed under PayPal's buyer/seller protection policies and current Australian legislation.
• Subscription: AgroMatch offers a free tier (1 contact per day) and a Premium tier ($10 AUD/month). Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

All source code, architecture, design, and databases of AgroMatchFarm are the exclusive property of the Owner (David). Reproduction, reverse engineering, or copying of any elements of the platform without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

The AgroMatch name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of AgroMatch Industrial and may not be used without prior written consent.

Data collection is governed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

4.1 Information We Collect

• Account data: Full name, phone number, work zone/province.
• Usage data: Pages visited, swipe actions, service requests and matches.
• Device data: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers.
• Payment data: Transaction IDs only. We do not store credit card numbers — payments are processed by PayPal.

4.2 Data Storage

Data is stored in Supabase servers located in the Sydney region to ensure security and low latency. The user acknowledges that technical maintenance may be performed by authorized professional personnel in international locations.

4.3 Contact Visibility

When two users match, their contact details (phone number) become visible to each other. Free users may access one matched contact per day. Premium users have unlimited access. You consent to this visibility by using the platform.

4.4 Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at legal@agrimatchfarm.com. We will respond within 30 days.

The Owner is not responsible for temporary service interruptions resulting from failures in external providers (Hostinger, Supabase, PayPal) or from the improper use of the platform by users.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, AgroMatch expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of income, profits, or crop yield.
• Damage to property, machinery, or land.
• Personal injury arising from matched service engagements.
• Inaccurate information provided by users.
• Technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, specifically the State of Queensland. Any disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Queensland, Australia.

For users in the Republic of Argentina, Argentine users are subject to the laws of their respective provinces. AgroMatch makes no representation that the platform complies with Argentine commercial or agricultural regulations beyond general data privacy standards.
